Stroke Support Group

This support group is a community resource for individuals who have had a stroke, caregivers of individuals who have had a stroke, or anyone that desires to learn more about stroke education.

Having a support group helps to manage stroke diagnosis with the tools and resources needed from surrounding peers. The stroke support group serves the Wayne County community and helps to provide insight into the complex care of stroke patients.
