UNC Health Wayne has earned its 7th consecutive “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit watchdog. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.

Recently, the Pharmacy Department at UNC Health Wayne had the privilege of hosting a delegation of Infectious Disease (ID) Physicians from South Korea.
